Focused
A product needs one clear reason to exist. Everything after that reason has to argue for itself.
Independent
Each product stands on its own. None of them exists to complete a suite, and none requires another to be worth having.
Deliberate
Features, interactions and details earn their place or they are removed. Most of the work is removal.
